- Set Goals: You will have the opportunity to set specific, measurable, and realistic goals along with the small steps to reach them.
- Foundation for Success: Life doesn’t always go according to plan. You will have a chance to assess and make adjustments as needed, and prepare for obstacles with solid back-up plans.
- Support & Accountability: Planning for the support needed is an important step. You will determine what type of support and accountability will benefit you most.
